What Difference Does Perspective Make?

This morning I was smacked in the face with a fistful of PERSPECTIVE.

Millions of dollars in damage spread across the east coast.
Thousands of people are without power.
Thousands of people are without their home.
Thousands of people have lost everything.
Some have died.

And this morning I woke up frustrated that I’ve been without an Internet connection for a little over 2 days.

Really?

God, help me centered my focus on You, giving thanks for all You’ve done, all You’ve given, all You’ve blessed me with. God, help restore HOPE to the people affected by Sandy. God, help us, Your church, be Your hands and feet. Amen.
