One of the GREATEST joys I have as a leader is, well, helping others STEP INTO leadership! I LOVE it! I believe each and every person I come across has the potential to be a leader. I believe most people are like me…

• You don’t see the potential.
• You don’t believe you’re good enough.
• You think you’ll fail.
• You don’t want to let anybody down.
• You’re afraid you’ll mess things up.
• You don’t see how God could possibly use you.

Each one of those excuses is nothing more than a LIE born out of FEAR. God has GREATER plans for your life than you can possibly imagine or comprehend. You ARE a leader; you just don’t know it yet.

This Thursday, June 27, I’m hosting OPEN SHARE GROUP LEADER TRAINING. That’s right…an opportunity for YOU to discover what I already see in you—that you’re a LEADER. Training will take place from 6-8:30p at New Life Church (4102 Tabler Station Road, Inwood, WV 25428).

We’ll discuss what TO DO as well as what NOT TO DO. I’ll answer questions (at the very end). We’ll laugh. We’ll probably cry. We’ll definitely pray. And we’ll talk about how YOU can be a LEADER, not because I SAY you can, but because God KNOWS you can!
