It’s Super Bowl Sunday.
I love the Seahawks.
I L-O-V-E the Seahawks!
No bandwagon here, I was born and raised in Seattle.
I was there when Dave Krieg connected with Steve Largent and
Curt Warner ran through the defenders, and it all happened in the Kingdome
(yes, the Kingdome).
And now…
Here they are in the BIGGEST game of the year.
Here they are with a chance to win the first Lombardi Trophy
in the franchise’s 37-year history.
Here they are and all I can hear over and over are the words
of coach Rocky Seto…
“Jesus is better than the Super Bowl.”
His words gave me a new perspective on the game.
His words gave me a peace regarding whatever the outcome may
be.
The Super Bowl gives you a moment,
